Leeds assistant professor, Philip Fernbach will be presenting at TEDxMileHigh on July 7-8. Fernbach’s talk will focus on his book and the illusion that people know more than they actually do. Among the 20 other speakers, are ������Ƶ affiliates, ATLAS Instructor Arielle Hein, and Author David Baron.

Doug Bennett, Leeds Management and Entrepreneurship faculty member, was honored with the CU Integrity Award. Doug, a former Airborne Ranger Infantry officer with a Bronze Star and Purple Heart, was recognized for representing the values and ideals in the CU Honor Code.

Dr. Sharon F. Matusik has been appointed the permanent dean of Leeds by the University of Colorado’s Provost, Russell L. Moore. Dr. Matusik has been serving as the interim dean since January 2017, and she assumes the permanent role Thursday.
