Our Purpose
°Õ³ó±ðÌýATLAS B2 Center for Media Arts & Performance is a community of radical researchers working at the intersection of art & technology. Part of the ATLAS Institute, B2 encourages collaborations, methodologiesÌýand productions that traverse borders and disciplines to build/unbuild the unimagined/re-imagined.Ìý
Equipped with an ambisonic sound array, motion capture studios, fully immersive green screens, and so much more, B2 offers research-artists the most innovative playspace in the region.

2026 TANK Residency Applications Now Open
B2 Center for Media, Arts & Performance at ÎÞÂëÊÓÆµ and the TANK Center for Sonic Arts invite applications for two residencies in Rangely, Colorado as part of the 2026 Connecting Colorado program.
ÎÞÂëÊÓÆµ the Residency
Each residency is a 3-day immersive experience at TANK, a decommissioned 60-foot water storage tank renowned for its extraordinary acoustics (a 30-second reverb). Residents will have access to TANK's recording facilities and a professional recording engineer. Residents will also engage with the Rangely community through a collaborative public-facing project developed in partnership with TANK.
Support
Selected artists or artist groups will receive an honorarium of $2,000 plus up to $1,750 reimbursement to cover, travel, lodging, and meals. Artists are responsible for making their own travel and lodging arrangements, to be paid for out of the reimbursement. Recording engineering (up to 20 hours per residency) is provided.
